Two main structural forms of radial ball bearings

Radial ball bearings are bearings that are primarily subjected to radial forces. They can be in two different configurations, one is a one-piece radial ball bearing. The utility model is composed of a bearing seat and an integral bushing made of friction reducing material. The bearing seat is provided with a threaded hole for mounting a lubricating oil cup; an oil hole is formed in the bushing, and an oil groove is opened on the inner surface of the bushing. . The other is a split radial ball bearing, which is composed of a bearing seat, a bearing cap, a split bearing bush and a stud stud. The split surface of the bearing cap and the bearing seat is often stepped to facilitate The neutralization prevents lateral displacement; the upper part of the bearing cap is provided with a threaded hole for mounting the oil cup or the oil pipe.

 

In order to save precious metals or other needs, a layer of bearing lining is often attached to the inner surface of the bearing bush; and an oil groove is formed on the surface of the bearing bush which is not subjected to the load, and the lubricating oil flows into the bearing through the oil hole and the oil groove. This type of bearing is easy to assemble and disassemble, and the bearing gap can be adjusted by reducing the thickness of the spacer at the split surface after the bearing is worn. In addition, the back of the bearing of the radial ball bearing can be made into a convex spherical surface, and the supporting surface thereof can be made into a concave spherical surface to form a self-aligning bearing for supporting a long axis with a large deflection or a plurality of fulcrums.
