The steel rod ends bearing is a special type of plain bearing. It consists of an inner ring having a convex spherical outer diameter surface and an outer ring having a corresponding concave spherical inner diameter surface. This design is particularly suitable for bearing arrangements that require it to withstand misalignment between the shaft and the housing, or must be capable of reciprocating or periodically yaw or swivel motion at relatively slow sliding speeds. Such bearings are usually subjected to heavy loads.
The steel rod ends bearing products owned by the company are widely used in many fields such as automation equipment, sports equipment, glass machinery, printing, packaging, pharmaceutical, mining, metallurgy, food, electric, light industry, automobile, aerospace and other industrial machinery manufacturing.

The oil-filled joint bearing can be operated without lubrication when the speed generated by the application of the load and the oscillating motion is small. However, in general, it is necessary to replenish the oil regularly. It is recommended that the lubrication cycle be appropriately shortened during initial installation and operation.
Non-oiled joint bearings can be used without lubrication. However, if lithium soap based grease is added prior to operation, the life of the joint bearing will be extended. If the grease is injected into the space around the bearing, the joint bearing will be more effective in protecting against the invasion of dust and foreign matter.
