Classification, constitutes and process of the plain radial bearing

The plain radial bearing is mainly used to bear the radial load. And the nominal contact angle is from 0 to 45 degrees. If the plain radial bearing is divided from the angle of the nominal contact angle, it can be divided into the following two types:

 

The nominal contact angle of the radial contact plain radial bearing is 0°, it is mainly used to bear the radial load. For the axial load, although it can withstand, but not very large.

 

The nominal contact angle of the angular contact plain radial bearing is from 0 to 45°. Its advantage is that it can withstand the axial and radial combined load.

 

The plain radial bearing is mainly composed of the spheroid inner ring and the outer ring which is matched with the spherical shape of the inner ring. In the outer ring, there are sealing ring, ring groove and other components. So the structure is very simple. On the inner ring, it also has the chrome plating, in order to extend the use life of the plain radial bearing.

 

The material of the inner ring and sealing ring of the plain radial bearing is cementation steel. The outer ring uses the double slotting type. Its surface hardness is 54-62HRC.  In this way, the cracks can keep neat and intact. In addition, the bearing can also have the advantages of wear resistance and impact resistance. On the second question, the answer is for there is no oil hole oil tank, and whether to lubricate it.
